Symptoms
Even though the Portal EAR is deployed to the server, the WLP Administration Tool is not accessible with the normal URL http://<host>:<port>/<Enterprise App Name>Admin. An "Error 404--Not Found" is thrown in the browser when hitting that URL.
However, the Portal Administration Console is accessible with the URL http://<host>:<port>/admin-tools. But once logged into the Portal Administration Tool through this URL, the message "Error 404--Not Found" is thrown when creating desktops and adding WSRP producers.
