Getting "Error 404 Not Found" When Accessing the WebLogic Portal (WLP) Administration Tool (Doc ID 1211001.1)

Symptoms

Even though the Portal EAR is deployed to the server, the WLP Administration Tool is not accessible with the normal URL http://<HOST>:<PORT>/<ENTERPRISE_APP>Admin.  An "Error 404--Not Found" is thrown in the browser when hitting that URL.

However, the Portal Administration Console is accessible with the URL http://<HOST>:<PORT>/admin-tools.  But once logged into the Portal Administration Tool through this URL, the message "Error 404--Not Found" is thrown when creating desktops and adding WSRP producers.
