After starting up the report server, the Report Server stays at initialization stage and calling reports fail with following error even after a few minutes:
REP-50001: Server is initializing
Enabling tracing for report server, shows the following error :
Report Server "repuat" fails to start. It is registered to opmn and the traces show :
