How To Configure Goldengate Replicat to use RANGE function for Parent and Child Tables? (Doc ID 1214474.1)

Last updated on JULY 17, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle GoldenGate - Version: and later   [Release: 11.1.1 and later ]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

A parent and a child table are like following:
Parent table P1: col1 primary key, col2
Child table C1: col3 primary key, col4, col1 not null (col1 is FK on P1(col1)).

There is no update to change the values of P1.col1, and C1.col1.

When configuring replicats with RANGE function as following, they abend:

map p1, target p1, filter (@range (1,2));
map c1, target c1, filter (@range (1,2));

map p1, target p1, filter (@range (2,2));
map c1, target c1, filter (@range (2,2));

Is there a solution for this?
