SOA 11g: FTP Adapter Archiving on Remote Server Instead of the Local Server (Doc ID 1214753.1)

Symptoms

 FTP adapter is unable to archive source file in the local server. The file adapter attempts to archive on the remote FTP server instead of on the local SOA server.
