Content Presenter Task Flow Does Not Work In JDeveloper: Service is Unavailable. (Doc ID 1215627.1)

Goal

  WebCenter Framework application in JDeveloper using a Content Presenter task flow was created in the following way:

  1. Within JDeveloper, create a WebCenter Framework Application.
  2. Create a connection to a content server (UCM) instance.
  3. Create a new JSPX page and drop a piece of content from UCM onto a form using the Content Presenter task flow.
  4. Run the JSPX page, and the following error is raised:

The Content Presenter Service is unavailable.

          The integrated WebLogic Server log shows the following: 

<EclipseLinkLogger><basicLog> 2010-07-21 13:03:31.466--ServerSession(8667009)--PersistenceUnitInfo ServiceFrameworkPUnit has transactionType RESOURCE_LOCAL and therefore jtaDataSource will be ignored
<JpaActivityStreamingService><isConfigured> Can not obtain Entity Manager due to Exception [EclipseLink-7060] (Eclipse Persistence Services - 1.2.0.v20091016-r5565): org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.ValidationException
Exception Description: Cannot acquire data source [java:comp/env/jdbc/WebCenterDS].
Internal Exception: javax.naming.LinkException:  [Root exception is javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: While trying to lookup 'jdbc.WebCenterDS' didn't find subcontext 'jdbc'. Resolved ''; remaining name 'jdbc/WebCenterDS']; Link Remaining Name: 'jdbc/WebCenterDS'
ADF Library non-OC4J post-deployment (millis): 9492


       The UCM connection has been tested and it is fine.
