How to Build WebLogic Portal (WLP) Applications with Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse (OEPE) and Ant Build Scripts (Doc ID 1219503.1)

Goal

Prior to WebLogic Portal (WLP) 10.3.2, the ability to build WLP applications using ant build scripts was provided through the Workshop IDE and is documented at Building Applications with Ant Build Files.  With the introduction of Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse (OEPE) in WLP 10.3.2, this feature no longer exists.

So the question becomes, how to build WLP 10.3.6 applications with ant build scripts now that this build feature is gone in OEPE?
