After webservice is upgraded from WebLogic (WLS) 8.1 to 10.3, it is observed that the "nillable" and "minOccurs" attributes of complex types in WSDL elements are changed. In particular,
- After the upgrade, all complex elements are tagged with nillable="true". Prior to the upgrade, there is no explicit definition of nillable.
- Also, minOccurs for all of the complex elements is set to 1. Prior to the upgrade, this is all set to 0.
