Images Not Displaying In Wiki (Doc ID 1221039.1)

Symptoms

Create a Wiki in a group space.  The text in the Wiki displays okay.  Insert an image to the Wiki by selecting the Insert/Edit Image button.  The image displays in the editing portlet.  When Save is clicked, the image does not display.  Returning to the edit portlet, and displaying the html code, the image tag is empty (<img alt="" />.
