Folders Component Ignores Security When Using "Check Out And Open" With LDAP Security (Doc ID 1222687.1)

Symptoms

Check Out and Open is not using document account security when using LDAP

For Example:
  UserA has Read/Write access to Document1
  UserB has Read access to Document1
  Both UserA and UserB are LDAP accounts

Log into the system as UserA, Use, search for Document1 then use Check Out and Open to open, change and save the document. 

Next log into the System using UserB, search for Document1 then user Check Out and Open to open, change and save the document.  UserB can still save the doc back to the Content Server even though they only have read access.  Plus, when the doc info on Document1 is viewed, the new revision shows that UserA made the last change and not UserB
