FMW Control Shows a Wallet As Valid After Copying a File or Creating a Directory Under the /keystores Directory

Symptoms
- Using Fusion Middleware (FMW) Control to configure a C Based Component (Webcache/Oracle HTTP Server) for SSL
- As part of this configuration an ewallet.p12 was copied over to a newly created directory (e.g test) under $ORACLE_INSTANCE/config/${COMPONENT_TYPE}/${COMPONENT_NAME}/keystores/
- In FMW Control -> "Webtier" -> "{Component}" -> "Security" -> "Wallets" the Wallet shows as a valid Auto-Login Wallet
- The C Component is configured to use this Wallet
- When the C Component is started via FMW Control it fails to start.
- In the case of Oracle HTTP Server the following is shown in the $ORACLE_INSTANCE/diagnostic/logs/OHS/ohs1/ohs1.log:
