Information in this document applies to any platform.
Purpose
When WebCenter Capture has to make Active Directory calls to get a list of available domains for the Windows Domain Security Model, the list in some environments may display as being empty. The Domain list is displayed when:
- Attempting to add new users in Administration
- Logging in using Windows Domain Security and the "Prompt users" option is being utilized.
This script is used to isolate if the problem is environmental to the workstation and its network, or if the problem is with WebCenter Capture. If the script fails to display the domain list, the problem is considered environmental to that PC / network.
