The export to CSV option or bulk actions option disappear from workspace randomly (Doc ID 1225183.1)

Goal

The export to CSV option will disappear after using the workspace for awhile.  Restarting the workspace resolves the issue temporarily but it can happen again randomly.

It also can effect the bulk actions menu.
