Symptoms

When attempting to enable the userldaphaenabled property using WLST, it generates an error "NameError: setConfigProperty"

Steps to reproduce:
================
1. Go to the directory - /usr/local/oracle/Middleware/wlserver_10.3/common/bin

2. Run ./wlst.sh

3. Now you will see the following prompt:
connect to the weblogic server
4. When the following is run :
wls:/IDMDomain/serverConfig> setConfigProperty('datastore','userldaphaenabled','true','boolean')
We obtain:
Traceback (innermost last):
File “<console>”, line 1, in ?
NameError: setConfigProperty
When starting WLST utility, it generates the following error:
'Error execing python script .... oif_commands.py'
