In OSB 11g, backend SOAP faults are not propagated to the calling proxy when the business service has tracing enabled with full detail.
Even when using a service error handler, and replying with fault in the response proxy pipeline, you might see that the body of the response is empty and does not contain the original fault created by the back-end service.
