"Choice Lists Are Not Fully Loaded" Error When Attempting To Perform a Search with ContentFolios Component Enabled

When attempting to perform a search, users are seeing a popup error message that states:

Choice lists are not fully loaded, continue search?

This only occurs if the ContentFolios component is enabled.  If this component is disabled, the error no longer occurs.
