Symptoms


Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11g has been installed and configured.

On startup of the AdminServer and oam_server1 managed server processes warning messages are seen in the startup command output and in the AdminServer and oam_server1 logs due to failure to connect to the OAM Server.
