WLS 10.3.2: Getting 'java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/xml/ws/spi/ProviderImpl' error on invoking Webservice via a client.

When you try to access a Webservice deployed on WLS 10.3.2 from a standalone client (after 'Using the clientgen Ant Task To Generate Client Artifacts') with only 'wlfullclient.jar' in the classpath you may see the below exception stack:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/xml/ws/spi/ProviderImpl
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClassCond(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(Unknown Source)
at java.security.SecureClassLoader.defineClass(Unknown Source)
at java.net.URLClassLoader.defineClass(Unknown Source)

As per the documentation if you use 'wseeclient.zip' instead of 'wlfullclient.jar' for accessing a webservices from a standalone client, you will notice the below exceptions:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/oracle/xml/ws/transport/http/client/HttpTransportPipe

at weblogic.wsee.jaxws.WLSTransportTubeFactory.createHttpTransport(WLSTransportTubeFactory.java:30)
at com.sun.xml.ws.api.pipe.TransportTubeFactory.createDefault(TransportTubeFactory.java:161)
at weblogic.wsee.jaxws.WLSTransportTubeFactory.doCreate(WLSTransportTubeFactory.java:23)
at com.sun.xml.ws.api.pipe.TransportTubeFactory.create(TransportTubeFactory.java:134)
