SOA 11g: Error Invoking Package Procedure: oracle.sysman.emSDK.webservices.wsdlapi.SoapTestException

When a composite process invokes the Database Adapter to call a package procedure, the following error occurs in the diagnostic log file.

An exception occured while invoking the webservice operation. Please see logs for more details.

oracle.sysman.emSDK.webservices.wsdlapi.SoapTestException: Exception occured when binding was invoked.
Exception occured during invocation of JCA binding: "JCA Binding execute of Reference operation '<stored_procedure_name>' failed due to: Stored procedure invocation error.
Error while trying to prepare and execute the <wrapper package procedure name> API.
An error occurred while preparing and executing the <wrapper package procedure name> API. Cause: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-04063: package body "<wrapper package name>" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "<wrapper package name>"
ORA-06512: at line 1


In addition, the following PLS errors are generated against the wrapper package created by the database adapter.

PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'EXTEND' ERROR 306
PLS-00222: no function with name '<PL/SQL table name>' exists in this scope ERROR 222
