Alternate "LEXER" Specified by "OracleTextFullTextParameters" Causes Fast Rebuild to Fail with Database Errors: DRG-10700, DRG-12203, DRG-51314 (Doc ID 1239796.1)

Symptoms

Post adding a new OracleTextSearch LEXER to the <ucm install>/config/config.cfg via option "OracleTextFullTextParameters" and two subsequent Full index rebuilds via Repository Manager admin applet, a Fast Rebuild for adding an optimized field fails with the below DRG-XXXXX errors.

 

Example config.cfg entry:

OracleTextFullTextParameters=DATASTORE IdcStore_ots1 LEXER ucm_auto_lexer SECTION GROUP section_group_ots1 MEMORY 20M SYNC(MANUAL)

 
DRG-XXXXX errors:

DRG-10700: preference does not exist: IdcLexer_idctext2
DRG-10700: preference does not exist: IdcStore_idctext2
DRG-12203: section group section_group_IdcText2 does not exist
DRG-51314: index is not empty

Changes

You just added a new OracleTextSearch LEXER to the <ucm install>/config/config.cfg via option "OracleTextFullTextParameters", or you have always had it specified but just now attempted to use the Fast Rebuild functionality for adding fields as Optimized.
