Goal

With the release of 11g and 12c one can now set debug on a single OID instance that has been configured rather than system wide. This change resulted in moving the orcldebugflag from "root-DSE". Therefore setting the debug level via an LDIF file is different than with previous releases.

This document describes how to set debug level using the Fusion Middleware Enterprise Manager Console as well as command line ldapmodify using an LDIF file.
