Missing Username In Extended Http Logs (Doc ID 1240135.1)

Symptoms

In WebLogic Server, when setting up extended HTTP Access logs, the cs-username field is not recorded: all that gets recorded is a dash. Below is an example:

If the common log format is specified then the auth-user field does get populated. But the cs-username is not recorded.
