Symptoms

A BPM Process is exposed as webservice and a client request has been made to execute a Process Execution operation.

The Engine has been deployed in a Cluster with two or more nodes.

The operation seems to remain pending because the client doesn't receive any response.

After 5 minutes (300 seconds), a time-out happens and the client ends its operations with a "Time limit exceeded" error.
