Symptoms


When attempting to click on a Text Layout Component using Internet Explorer (IE7/IE8),
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a new Group Space (GROUP-SPACE NAME>).
  2. Create a new page (Page1) based on:
    Scheme: Blank
    Style: Blank
  3. Add a Text Layout Component to the page with some text.
  4. When viewing the page using IE7 or IE8 clicking on the Text area it shows the error.
