Access Server Start Fails With 'Exception re-thrown in LDAPWebResrcDB::GetResourceTypes': Log Shows LDAP error code:^91 (Doc ID 1245245.1)

Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Access Server 10g has been reconfigured for SSL connection to the OAM Configuration Data LDAP server, using tool configureAAAServer.

After reconfiguration, restart of the Access Server produces error 'Exception re-thrown in LDAPWebResrcDB::GetResourceTypes'.

Example Access Server process startup output:

$ /oracle/software/access/oblix/apps/common/bin/start_access_server_nptl
Stopping access server ...
Access Server stopped.
Starting access server ...
Using NPTL Threading Library.
Access Server started with pid: 1435
$ Successfully initialized the AAA Engine and its handlers.
Access Manager service is enabled.
