Symptoms
Database 11.2.0.1 has been upgraded to 11.2.0.2.
Warehouse Builder 11.2.0.2 standalone version has been installed into a new Oracle Home on the Client machine.
Connection from the Design Center to the Repository (workspace) fails with :
