REP-0788 when Running a Report on the Web (Doc ID 124673.1)

Symptoms

 You are running a web report with a parameter form in and you are getting REP-0788.

The Help for this says data in a LOV is too wide for the field.

You increase the field sizes on the parameter form but you still receive this error.
