Error "ORA-01005: null password given: logon denied" Occurs When Opening a Document in Forms Recognition Verifier (Doc ID 1249284.1)

Symptoms

Document fails to export to an Oracle 11g database. Opening the document in Verifier, the following error is displayed when selecting the "InvoiceNumber" field:

[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-01005: null password given: logon denied
