When Matrix Report is Made to Fit One Page, Column Headers Show on Odd Pages (Doc ID 124961.1)

Symptoms

You use the Report Wizard to create either a regular Matrix Report or a Matrix Report with Group. The default report ends up being more than one page wide. The report runs fine, but you want it to be on one page. So, you go into the Layout Model and reduce the Field in the Matrix Cell and the Dimension Repeating Frame for the column. Now, it all fits on one page but the column headers are only showing up on alternating pages.

You have tried every property for the column repeating frame and field without success.
