Unable to Login to OIM 11g Console When "NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/iam/consoles/faces/backing/LoginBean" Exception Seen During Server Startup (Doc ID 1251904.1)

Symptoms

Followed the Oracle Fusion Middleware Enterprise Deployment Guide for Oracle Identity Management
11g Release 1 to Install and Configure Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) as per Section 13: Extending the Domain with Oracle Identity Manager. While Starting OIM Server, the following error is seen in the log and user is not able to login to OIM:

<wls_oim1> <[STANDBY] ExecuteThread: '6' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <> <> <1287000669001> <BEA-320068> <Watch 'UncheckedException' with severity 'Notice' on server 'wls_oim1' has triggered at Oct 13, 2010 3:11:09 PM CDT. Notification details:
