Symptoms

When using a deployment manager (for example blaze) and requesting a compiler service from WebLogic Server, an Exception is thrown:

java.util.ServiceConfigurationError: javax.tools.JavaCompiler: Provider com.bea.core.repackaged.jdt.internal.compiler.tool.EclipseCompiler not found
at java.util.ServiceLoader.fail(ServiceLoader.java:214)
at java.util.ServiceLoader.access$400(ServiceLoader.java:164)
at java.util.ServiceLoader$LazyIterator.next(ServiceLoader.java:350)
at java.util.ServiceLoader$1.next(ServiceLoader.java:421)
at jsp_servlet.__comptest._jspService(__comptest.java:75)

Applications trying to use the ServiceLoader to load the JavaCompiler will get a com.bea.core.repackaged.jdt.internal.compiler.tool.EclipseCompiler not found error.
