Can't Check In Content Via the Managed Attachments Screen (Doc ID 1254344.1)

Symptoms

When checking in new content to UCM via the Managed Attachments browser an error is returned. The error reads: 


Content Server Request Failed Content item '000078' was not successfully checked in. The content type 'EBSProfile' is not defined in the system.
