Login Failure Using Capture Security Model after Initializing Database (Doc ID 1254564.1)

A login and password were created when the database was initialized. It initialized successfully but you can't login.  Error message:

The username and password entered could not be validated. Please try again

Trying to re-initialize the database you get an error that you must be an Administrator to perform that task.

You must have administrative rights to perform this action
