Content Tracker Reports for Login Failure Shows No Record for failed Logins (Doc ID 1255134.1)

Symptoms

Content Tracker and Content Tracker Report components latest ones installed from the latest Core Update patch bundle. After restarting the server Content Tracker reports are not showing any data for login failures . Even though sctSecurityLog file does have the data for all the login failures but the same does not come up in CT Reports.
