Symptoms
When using Flex configuration in an application developed in weblogic workshop.
The application works fine when it deployed from WLW in exploded form, but the same application fails to deploy when EAR is created from Workshop by using it's export feature.
The same application also works fine when the EAR is created outside WLW.
The displayed error in the log file is similar to:

"FlexWebProject".
flashgateway.GatewayException: Unable to load configuration. Reason: null
at flashgateway.config.GatewayConfiguration.<init(GatewayConfiguration.java:54)
The AMFGatewayServlet (flashgateway.controller.GatewayServlet) servlet is part of a jar flashgateway.jar place in the lib folder.
