Web Site Content Files Created Through Local Folders Mapping Are Not Being Stored with Correct File Name. (Doc ID 1259374.1)

Symptoms

This is an intermittent issue in which content, such as web site files, created through local folders mapping are getting stored as "Content_ID~.txt" instead of original filename (File_name.txt) in the server under the weblayout directory. This causes "file not found" errors for applications referencing  File_name.txt file. The current work around is to re-index the file using repository manager.
