Symptoms

Content items entered into UCM with localized non-Western character strings for Metadata values (such as dDocTitle and xComments) have their strings rendered incorrectly when viewed from within the Siebel Managed Attachments iFrame although when viewed from within the UCM interface, those strings appear correctly.
