Symptoms

During an interface execution in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 10g, a SAP ABAP function module has been generated and uploaded, but this function module has failed when trying to open/write into the output data file in the shared directory with the following message:

A similar error may occur in ODI 11g or 12c.
