Unavailable Internal Delivery Channel Marks Undelivered Messages as COMPLETE

Information in this document applies to any platform.


If a custom internal delivery channel is being used for the host trading partner and the channel is not available (such as FTP server down), B2B will throw a Transport Exception and not deliver the message. In the reports, the messages will show as complete.
