Login Logout Link Missing and WWC-00000 When Accessing Portal 11g (Doc ID 1264916.1)

Symptoms

When accessing Portal, the following error is displayed in the browser and the top banner which has Login/Logout link is missing.

This error can occur in either case where Portal is accessed using HTTP or HTTPS.

Changes

It has been configured the Reverse Proxy, or SSL for Portal or Portal upgrade from 10g.
