Fault Policy Not Handling Connection Exceptions (Doc ID 1266774.1)

When a bpel process tries to connection to a remote database through the database adapter, the fault policy does not handle the following connection exception as expected. Instead process instances are clogging up the invoker queue and impacting other bpel processes.

Could not invoke operation '<operation name>' against the 'Database Adapter' due to:
Adapter Framework unable to create outbound JCA connection.
