FMW 11g Web Tier Configuration Assistant Fails - INST-07281 : JRF Is Not Set Up In The Specific Domain (Doc ID 1266875.1)

Symptoms

The objective is to create an Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Web Tier ( Oracle HTTP Server and/or Web Cache) solution which can be managed via Fusion Middleware ( EM) Control.

The Weblogic Domain has been created, yet the Oracle FMW 11g Web Tier Configuration Assistantfails at the Specify Middleware Home stage when the existing Oracle WebLogic Server Domain is specified.

The<central inventory>/logs/install<timestamp>.log file has the following errors:
