Goal
How to create a dynamic group using a 'connect by' assertion. For the orclconnectbyattribute, using a custom, multivalued attribute usnhpersonmajoraffiliation.
For the orclconnectbystartingvalue the chosen attribute for orclconnectbyattribute is not single valued, so prefers a 'contains' rather than an 'equals' match ("any person with usnhpersonmajoraffiliation that CONTAINS the "oracle-employee" text").
