Oracle Access Manager OAM 10.1.4.3 allows users to create passwords with certain special characters. However during the actual login process the software does not recognize certain non-alphanumeric special characters in passwords resulting in failed login and thus making it impossible to sign in after a password that includes a special character, is changed.
