Symptoms
Installing Oracle Fusion Middleware Identity Management 11.1.1.3.0 or higher
The following steps have been completed:
a) Created relevant schemas using the Repository Creation Utility b) Installed Middleware Home and Oracle WebLogic Server
Performing an Install and Configure of Oracle Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.2.0. During the configuration phase the installer fails and the following errors are seen in the install<timestamp>.log file.
