Admin Server Does Not Start after Extending the Domain to Include OSB. Getting "Parsing Failure in config.xml' Error (Doc ID 1267765.1)

Symptoms

You used the Configuration Wizard to extend a Weblogic 11g cluster and to include Oracle Service Bus. While starting the Admin server the following error occurs:
