Goal
How to use a customer component to include a file type in the WCC Full Text process.
Example:
By default, dwg (AutoCAD) files only have their metadata indexed in 11g and will not show up in fulltext searches (using DATABASE.FULLTEXT or OracleTextSearch search engines). To fulltext index dwg files, include dwg files as a format that's converted to text during the indexing process.

By default archive file formats such as ZIP, GZ, TAR.GZ are included, however, TAR is not.
