Symptoms
Heavy loaded web servers, using a lot of SSL/Client certificate operations, will need NCP and latest available NSS versions to work efficiently.
If you have a heavy loaded SSL web server, you will see CPU consumption increase and this will result in your server suffering performance issues.
Changes
This is commonly caused by an SSL operation load increase or certificate key length changes. (Key lengths of 2048 or more)
