Symptoms
Connecting to Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) 11g Admin SSL port from Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) fails with:
Error
Server <HOSTNAME>:8899 has failed
SSL verification. This may be due to a host address
or port problem or trust could not be verified or was
declined.
