ORABPEL-30506 Error Using Parameter Payload In WorkListService for TaskQueryService (Doc ID 1269447.1)

Symptoms

You use taskOptionalInfo with info=Payload and it does not work on TaskQueryService.
Using the parameter "Payload" for TaskQueryService throws following exception:

Runtime error in Task Query Service.
Runtime error in Task Query Service. Failure in queryTasks.
Verify that the parameters passed are correct.

But when you use the parameter in upper case (PAYLOAD),  everything works fine.
