How Can OIM User Unlock His Account When OIM Is Deployed on WLS (Doc ID 1269686.1)

Goal

User is given a login name and password.He logs in to OIM and answeres the challenge response questions at the time of first time login and sets a new password.A user try to log in with his new password and is locked due to maximum unsuccessful attempts.He uses the forget password functionality to reset the password,but he still need to be unlocked by the system admin.

How can the user unlock himself after resetting the password ?
